Where do you deliver?

We’re based in Morin-Heights and deliver within a 30km radius. Orders are accepted anytime, and we deliver on a regular schedule.

If you are right on the edge of the 30km zone, or if you’d like to place a bulk order, just send us a message — we’ll do our best to accommodate you needs

What’s the best way to reheat your dishes?

All our dishes are packed in vacuum seal bags. They can be reheated sous-vide style in boiling water on the stove top or defrosted and heated out of the bag in a pan.

How much food will my family need for a meal?

Every family is different, but here’s our usual:

  • For lunch, we often share a dish of rice and a lentil.

  • For dinner, our family of four eats well with three dishes — for example:
  • A meat or paneer dish

    A legume dish

    A vegetable curry

    And of course… Naan — all the Naan!
What’s the best way to reheat Samosas?

Bake at 350°F for ~30 minutes (from frozen) or ~20 minutes if defrosted. Rotate once during cooking.

What’s the best way to reheat Naan?

Straight from the freezer, grill in a pan like you would a grilled cheese. Brush with a little butter to really spoil yourself.

What wines pair nicely with Indian food?

We’re more of a gin-loving family, but wine lovers, you’re covered! 🍷
